We're foodies and techies and travelers. In our journeys
we've enjoyed the jerk shacks of the Caribbean, the food markets and the Christmas markets of
Europe, the shashleek stands of Central Asia, California's taco trucks, and NYC street
food. We've marveled at the vibrancy that outdoor markets bring to the
community and the smiles they bring to people's faces. Our unique business model delivers this outdoor community service, at a reasonable price, with consistently expert service.
Our traditional shashleek stand is modeled on the spirit and customs of the
Silk Road, while our modern food service meets or exceeds American
health requirements. We prep our food daily in a licensed commercial
kitchen, and keep it refrigerated until ordered. Our staff is
ServSafe-certified. We're fully insured, and we hold all of the
required permits.
